Each section is there to help you create a clearer, more organized view of your pet’s world.

Creating your pet’s profile is the first step in making The Riley Roo Way™ feel like home. It only takes a moment, and you can add as much or as little as you like to get started.

Here’s a simple way to begin:

• Start from your dashboard and look for the option to add a pet.

• Enter the basics — their name, species, and any details you’d like to remember. You can always update or expand their profile later.

• Choose a photo that feels like them. It doesn’t have to be perfect; it just helps bring their space to life.

• Save your pet's profile — and you’re officially on your way.

From here, you can begin organizing the information that matters most, keeping important notes close, and including the people who help care for your pet.

Four Simple Ways to Get Started

1. Add Your Pet: Start with a simple profile — their name, a detail you love, and anything else you’d like to remember.

2. Add One Meaningful Item: A document, a note, a memory, or something small you want to keep handy. Little touches help bring their space to life.

3. Include Someone You Trust: Invite a friend, family member, or sitter to be part of your pet’s world in the way that feels right to you.

4. Request Support from Community:  Select a trusted caregiver and send a Care Request that lets them know exactly how they can help.
